AJ Thurber serves as Vice President of Grech RV, where he leads dealer relations, national sales strategy, marketing, and brand development. Beyond his customer-facing leadership, AJ is deeply involved in new product development, product innovation and operational strategy, collaborating closely with engineering and production teams. His vision helps drive the evolution of Grech RV’s product lineup and ensures an exceptional ownership experience for customers.    

John Black is the General Manager at Grech RV and serves as a key liaison between leadership, dealers and owners. In addition to overseeing daily operations and customer experience, he plays a central role in dealer sales training, supporting the rollout of new products and ensuring consistent delivery of Grech RV’s premium ownership experience. John also moderates the Leadership Q&A session at the Grech RV Experience.

David Reagan is the Director of Production Operations at Grech RV and plays a critical role in research and development. Having worked alongside Ed Grech for 42 years, he brings unmatched hands-on experience in factory operations, product engineering and continuous improvement across the Grech RV lineup.

Brian Cortesio is co-founder of Livin’ Our Vision, where he and Michelle share their experiences traveling, camping and exploring in luxury camper vans. Brian brings an owner’s perspective on life on the road, content creation and how a Grech RV supports real-world adventures.

Michelle Cortesio is co-founder of Livin’ Our Vision and creates travel, lifestyle and social content centered around van life and RV adventures. At the Grech RV Experience she shares her perspective on comfort, usability and the day-to-day realities of traveling in a Grech RV.

An official representative from the Mercedes-Benz Sprinter team will present the technology, safety systems and engineering that make the Sprinter the exclusive platform for Grech RV’s Class B motorhomes.
